MADE TO ORDER
Most Mzansi Moda products are made especially for you once you order. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction and means your order moves into production after it is placed.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver to Spain, countries across the European Union and selected international destinations.
The easiest way to confirm whether delivery is currently available to a particular address is to proceed to checkout. Shopify will display the available shipping option and price for that destination before payment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the products in the order and where they are being delivered.
Different products may have different fulfilment and shipping requirements, so the shipping cost can change depending on the combination of products in the basket.
The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
You'll always see the shipping cost before you pay.
DELIVERY TIMES
Because most products are made to order, production takes place before shipping.
Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and destination.
Any delivery estimate provided during checkout, in an order confirmation or through tracking information is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
ORDERS ARRIVING SEPARATELY
Some products may be fulfilled separately.
If an order contains several different types of products, items may occasionally be sent in more than one package.
Separate packages may arrive at different times, which is completely normal.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For destinations outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and local rules.
Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are included, they may be payable by the recipient.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available for a shipment, customers will receive the relevant tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If a parcel appears damaged when delivered, please retain the packaging where reasonably possible and take photographs that may help us investigate the issue.
