RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident ordering from Mzansi Moda. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.

14-DAY RETURNS

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days.

For customers in Spain and other European Union countries, statutory withdrawal rights apply where provided by law.

For eligible orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from delivery of the last item in the order where required by applicable law.

For customers outside the European Union, Mzansi Moda provides a voluntary 14-day return period for eligible products, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's country.

RETURN CONDITION

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections, returned products should be returned in an appropriate condition.

Customers may handle a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, subject to applicable consumer law.

We may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction where a returned product has lost value because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, where permitted by law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include your order information and the reason for your request so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send a return to the address shown on a parcel without first receiving return instructions from us.

Our products may be fulfilled from different locations, so the correct return destination can vary.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN SHIPPING

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where permitted by law and where the customer has been appropriately informed of this responsibility.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Eligible orders may be cancelled before fulfilment.

Because many Mzansi Moda products are made after an order is placed, production can begin quickly.

If you wish to cancel, use any cancellation option made available through your order or contact us as soon as possible using the customer contact details provided on our website.

Your statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

REFUNDS

Once a valid return or cancellation has been accepted, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

For customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal in the European Union, the refund will include amounts required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order where applicable.

We may be entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display a processed refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the customer contact details provided on our website.

Please include your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the problem.

These situations are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Where applicable consumer law requires us to bear the cost of resolving a faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, you will not be required to pay that cost.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Mzansi Moda products are made especially for you after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.

A product is not automatically excluded from statutory withdrawal rights simply because it is produced after an order is placed.

Certain goods made specifically to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal rights where applicable law permits.

Any such exception will only be applied where it genuinely applies to the particular product.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
